Resolving ‘JET_errPageNotInitialized’ Error

Thus, if you are unable to start the service, one of the possible reasons can be database corruption. The above symptoms indicate database corruption and thus when you run Eseutil repair utility, the following message is received:
“-1019 0xFFFFFC05 JET_errPageNotInitialized Repair Only: Read an unused page 4294966277”
Consequently, the corrupted database cannot be repaired.
Explanation
JET_errPageNotInitialized error typically indicates a blank page. But, if it occurs when starting the information store, this shows database page corruption. There can be several pages that cannot be initialized. So, Eseutil cannot repair this database.
